Returns & Exchange Policy

Online Purchase Returns

You may inspect and try your items in the presence of the courier. If you wish to return any or all products, you may hand them directly to the courier and only pay the original shipping fees.

If you request a return after the courier has departed, additional shipping fees will apply.

You have 14 days from receipt to initiate returns.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items will be returned or exchanged free of charge.

How to Return

  1. Message us directly on Instagram or Facebook to request a return

  2. Include your order invoice with the message

  3. Attach clear images of the products you wish to return

Important Conditions

  • All free gifts or promotional items included with your order must also be returned

  • Products must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of use, damage, or are not in original condition

  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged

  • For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: please return them as soon as possible in their original condition for a full refund

In-Store Purchases

Items bought from our physical stores cannot be returned or exchanged through online channels. Please visit the store directly for any returns or exchanges. This policy also applies to items purchased by third parties or resellers.

Exchange Process

To exchange any products:

  1. Message us on Instagram or Facebook to arrange an exchange. Return shipping fees apply for non-faulty items. Exchanges require the return of original products and a new purchase transaction.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method:

  • Credit Card → Credit Card refund

  • Debit Card → Debit Card refund

  • Cash on Delivery → Instapay / Mobile Wallet transfer

All refunds exclude original delivery charges and are processed upon receipt and inspection of returned items.
